Coordination Language for Mobile Agent Systems
Monday, May 19, 2008Bruno Silvestre (LIP6)
We will present a kernel language for coordination aspects of mobile agent systems. The coordinating behavior is modeled as concurrent, distributed, and mobile processes. The agents communicate through channels, which are first-class citizens and mobile. These features allow the agents to adapt dynamically to their environments. The coordination model we propose employs a metaphor of geometrical space (Interaction Space) that provides an intuitive interpretation of the agent's behavior.
