Étude des interfaces électriques pour les récupérateurs d'énergie vibratoire électrostatiques
La récupération d'énergie mécanique est une des techniques permettant de rendre des systèmes électroniques autonomes du point de vue énergétique, grâce à la conversion d'énergie mécanique des vibrations ambiantes en énergie électrique. Aujourd'hui, de tels systèmes ne sont efficaces que pour des vibrations à hautes et courtes bandes de fréquences. Or, un grand nombre d'applications présente justement pour l'essentiel des vibrations à ces fréquences.
Les récupérateurs d'énergie vibratoire permettant de convertir l'énergie de vibrations à basses et large bandes de fréquences sont constitués de différents blocs (résonateur, transducteur, circuit de conditionnement) couplés entre eux et fortement non-linéaires. De ce fait, il n'existe à ce jour pas de méthode de conception permettant d'adresser des performances voulues pour un contexte applicatif donné.
On se propose dans cette thèse, par l'étude théorique et pratique de systèmes existants et la conception de nouveaux blocs, de réaliser une telle méthode de conception. On pourra ensuite la valider en l'appliquant dans le but de concevoir un récupérateur d'énergie vibratoire fonctionnant à basses (large bande de) fréquences.
