Résumé : Koryakov a posé récemment la question suivante : si une pseudo-variété V ne satisfait aucune identité non triviale, peut-on plonger tout semigroupe profini V-libre de type fini dans le semigroupe profini V- libre sur deux générateurs? Lors de la conférence Semigroups, Automata and Languages de Porto (Juin 1994), il a été conjecturé une réponse positive à cette question. Nous donnons ici un contre-exemple à cette conjecture.

Abstract : Koryakov recently asked following question : when a pseudo-variety V does not satisfy any non-trivial identity, does there exist an embedding from any finitely generated V-free profinite semigroup into the 2-generated V-free profinite semigroup? During the conference Semigroups, Automata and Languages in Porto (June 1994), a positive answer to this question was conjectured. We give here a counter example to this conjecture.
